🌍 Payroll Advisor | European Payroll | London (Hybrid)
I'm currently partnering with a highly respected, employee-focused organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Advisor to join their collaborative HR and Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys owning the end-to-end payroll process while working within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people.
What they're looking for:
- Strong experience managing UK payroll from start to finish
- Experience supporting European payroll or working within a multi-country payroll environment is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with Cascade Payroll is highly advantageous
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements and compliance
- Experience processing payroll amendments, bonuses, overtime and other ad hoc payments
- Ability to build strong relationships across HR, Finance and the wider business
The role:
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing
- Ensure payroll compliance with HMRC and current legislation
- Support payroll-related audits and reporting
- Administer payroll elements of employee benefits
- Act as the payroll subject matter expert, partnering closely with HR and Finance
- Keep abreast of payroll legislation and system updates, implementing improvements where required
