Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a friendly smile and provide them with excellent service. 😊
Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with professionalism.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar for the clinic.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and patient records management.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.We are looking for someone who is:

Has previous experience working on a reception desk
Friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills.
