Role: Procurement Specialist
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage Joveo's vendor
relationships, purchasing processes, and supply chain efficiency.
You will ensure the business gets the best value from its supplier
ecosystem — balancing cost, quality, risk, and speed across a global
vendor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from vendor selection to contract execution
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers and service providers
- Build and maintain a vendor management framework including performance tracking
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units on procurement requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage purchasing within budget parameters
- Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven procurement experience in a technology or services environment
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts
- Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems
- Understanding of contract law fundamentals and vendor risk management
- Analytical skills — ability to evaluate vendor proposals and total cost of ownership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple procurement workstreams simultaneously
