An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Institutional Client Relations Officer to join a growing and evolving investment organisation during a significant period of transformation.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role sits within the Commercial team and plays a key part in managing and strengthening relationships with public sector funds and institutional partners.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role combining client engagement, reporting, project coordination, and operational support. You will:
- Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients and stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, research and committee papers
- Support asset transitions and commercial projects
- Coordinate meeting materials and stakeholder communications
- Maintain and develop CRM systems (Salesforce) and client reporting tools
- Produce management information and quarterly investment reporting
- Support regulatory processes and client categorisation requirements
- Contribute to improving scalable service models and operational efficiency
- You will work cross-functionally with Investment, Operations, Compliance and Responsible Investment teams, as well as external suppliers.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Analytical with strong report-writing and data skills
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Technically proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems such as Salesforce)
- Experience working with pension schemes, public sector clients or investment environments is advantageous
