As a Product Content Manager (m/f/d), you help our German customers find the right household appliance. You write clear, appealing, and SEO-optimized texts for product and advice pages, using AI tools to continuously improve our content. - Writing product, advice, and support texts so that our customers can find the right product.
- Taking responsibility for complete and up-to-date content—on product, advice, and support pages, including regular updates and quality checks.
- Using SEO to make content visible – from keyword research to optimization.
- Designing marketing content, e.g., for brand or campaign pages, to present the product group in the best possible light.
- Working together in the category team, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving content along the customer journey – through creative ideas, e-learning, and close teamwork.
You recognize yourself in the following
- You are fluent in German and English. (Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage).
- A university degree, ideally in business administration/journalism or media.
- Experience with LLMs/AI tools or motivation to learn how to use them.
- A high sense of personal responsibility and a structured approach to work.
- At least 1 year of project management experience with stakeholders or theoretical experience from your studies.
