Job Summary
As a System Support Engineer, you will be the main technical contact for our customers. You’ll help solve system problems, make sure everything runs smoothly, and support customers both remotely and on-site. You’ll work closely with internal teams, guide customers through troubleshooting, and contribute to their long-term satisfaction. The role also includes opportunities to join international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer technical questions and issues.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software problems, working with Engineering when needed.
- Guide customers step by step to resolve technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle customer offers, proposals, and coordinate spare part shipments.
- Take part in 24/7 support rotation and international travel projects when required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
- Good technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and control software systems.
- You have knowledge of motion control systems and PLC/software-based controls.
- Able to read schematics, manuals, and technical instructions.
- Customer-focused and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Team player who can also work independently and get tasks done.
- Willing to travel internationally occasionally and hold a valid driver’s license.
