Logistics Operations & Customer Support Planner Hoofddorp

In this role, you coordinate outgoing freight and deliver dedicated end-to-end service to clients. Your shift begins at 08:30 AM by reviewing outbound freight schedules and confirming truck availability with carriers. You spend your day communicating proactively with customers, updating logistics records, and resolving routing issues independently. At 05:00 PM, you wrap up daily shipments knowing that every client order is moving as planned.

Werkzaamheden

• Scheduling all daily outgoing trucks according to agreed transport timelines.
• Managing customer accounts from initial booking to delivery completion.
• Providing proactive operational updates to clients via phone and email.
• Registering shipment details and verifying transport documentation accurately.
• Resolving shipping discrepancies independently before they turn into delays.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize daily freight coordination procedures.
• Collaborating with external carriers to ensure punctual departures.

Wij zoeken

• Fluency in English or Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work accurately with recurring operational routines.
• Background in logistics planning, freight forwarding, or operations support.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and reliability regarding commitments.

Wij bieden

• Gross monthly salary of € 2,900.00.
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.
• 25 vacation days per year.
