Operator in 2 or 3 shifts

Do you want to work as an operator near Breda and earn between €3.000,- and €3.600,- gross per month? In this role, you work with modern filling and packaging lines and make sure production runs smoothly from start to finish. You set up machines, adjust settings when needed and carry out changeovers between products or packaging types. You also monitor quality and solve small technical issues before they cause unnecessary downtime. You usually work in a small production area with just a few colleagues, so communication stays clear and personal. At the same time, you are part of a larger production team with good opportunities to learn new machines, develop your skills and grow into a more technical or senior role.

Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the filling and packaging process running smoothly. You set up the machines, monitor the process and take action when something does not go as planned. In general, your tasks are:

• Setting up and operating filling and packaging machines.
• Adjusting machine settings during production when needed.
• Carrying out changeovers between products and packaging formats.
• Monitoring the process and checking product quality.
• Solving small technical issues to prevent unnecessary downtime.
• Registering production data and completed checks.
• Cleaning machines and keeping the production area organised.
• Working according to safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Sharing important information during shift handovers.
• Supporting colleagues when extra attention is needed on another part of the line.

Functievereisten:
This role is a good fit if you already have some production experience and are comfortable working with machines. You do not need to know every line yet, but you should be willing to learn and take responsibility for your part of the process.

• Experience in a production environment, preferably as an operator or machine operator.
• Technical understanding and confidence working with production equipment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift schedule.
• Accurate working style with attention to quality and safety.
• Able to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new machines, products and processes.
