Warehouse Operator High Racking – Hoofddorp

Through Staffice, you will join our partner's logistics team in Hoofddorp as an essential link in their warehouse operations. Work starts at 08:30, taking the aerial lift up into the tall aisles to pick inventory accurately according to digital orders. When needed, you step onto the reach truck to move heavy pallets and clear primary routes. At 17:30, your working day concludes with an organized dock and properly handled products.

Tasks

• Pick warehouse inventory at high elevations using a lifting platform
• Operate reach trucks for stock transfers, loading, and staging
• Scan inventory tags to confirm correct batch numbers and counts
• Seal and pack parcels ready for carrier shipping
• Spot and report broken seals, damaged boxes, or stock discrepancies
• Move consolidated pallets to shipping bays
• Keep paths clear of packaging waste, pallets, and potential hazards
• Comply with warehouse safety measures and team instructions

What we are looking for

• Clear communication skills in English
• Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 17:30
• Ability to work comfortably at considerable heights
• Hands-on reach truck driving experience
• Systematic approach with an eye for product protection and safety
