Join UPS Healthcare's sales team as we expand our services and capabilities in healthcare logistics. You'll build customer relationships and help solve complex supply chain challenges to keep critical products moving. With new solutions to bring to market, you'll have more opportunities to win business, grow your territory and increase your earnings.

Your tasks

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, introducing them to UPS Healthcare's services, including small package, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, and cold chain ground
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Develop a strong understanding of our services and technologies so you can clearly explain their value to customers
• Stay informed about clients' strategies, financial performance, product launches and pipelines to understand and address the needs of different stakeholders
• Work with Operations and Customer Solutions to adjust services to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage key accounts, track revenue, and use customer reviews and KPIs to identify service improvements and new sales opportunities

Your qualifications

• Growth mindset and a drive to win new business
• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, healthcare or business economics is a plus, but not required
• At least two years of experience in sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical, MedTech or laboratory sectors
• Proficiency in both English and German
• Willingness to travel across Europe and adjust to different time zones
• Ability to match services and solutions to customer needs, with strong negotiation, presentation and networking skills
