Responsibilities Depending on your chosen department, you will: * Support the daily operations and projects within your team * Deliver excellent service to guests, customers and colleagues * Assist with planning, administration and reporting activities * Contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency * Collaborate with colleagues across departments * Participate in team meetings, training sessions and development activities * Gain valuable experience within an international hospitality environment Management Internships In addition to operational responsibilities, you will: * Support managers with departmental projects and strategic initiatives * Assist with performance analysis and reporting * Gain exposure to budgeting, planning and leadership activities * Develop leadership, communication and organisational skills * Participate in business reviews and management meetings Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a MBO, Bachelor's or Master's programme in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field * Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken * Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences * Positive, professional and proactive attitude * Eagerness to learn and develop new skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Previous hospitality, customer service or office experience is an advantage * Interest in building a career within hospitality * Dutch or additional language skills are a plus * Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications * Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Your Benefits & Perks * Free meal during every shift * Receive €250 for referring another intern * Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment * Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill * Heavily discounted hotel rates * 50% discount in our restaurants and bars * Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers * Fun social events and team celebrations We provide a monthly allowance of €550 for Operational Internships and €750 for Management Internships, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with coverage of travel and job-related expenses.
