At Cymaco you work on the bundle line. This is where gas cylinder bundles for acetylene are inspected, refurbished and made ready for safe use again. You work with your hands, and the work you deliver has to be right:
- You carry out visual checks and inspections of bundles and cylinders
- You dismantle and assemble cylinder bundles
- You sand, blast and paint bundles and protective caps
- You replace valves
- You accurately record what you have checked and done
Cymaco is located at Chemelot in Geleen. The company specialises in the re-inspection and maintenance of gas cylinders and cylinder bundles for acetylene, a gas widely used for welding and cutting. You can compare it to an MOT, but for gas cylinders. Every cylinder is checked inside and out, the connections are inspected and the valve is tested. Only when everything is in order does the cylinder go back out. You will join a small team where people find each other quickly. No endless meetings, just clear agreements. Safety always comes first here.
Wie ben je?- You work at MBO level (secondary vocational education)
- You have experience in a technical or production environment
- You are physically fit and like to get stuck in
- You work precisely and take safety seriously
- You are a team player
- You speak good Dutch or English
- €16.40 gross per hour, at 40 hours approx. €2,853 gross per month (ADV included)
- 40 hours per week on day shift, no rotating shifts
- 25 days of holiday per year
- 8% holiday allowance
- Pension accrual from your first working day
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- You start via Olympia, with a good chance of a permanent contract with Cymaco
