You bring native-level Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Polish plus fluent English, and 2+ years in customer service, ideally in e-commerce. Full-time, permanent, remote within the EU or in Dortmund. EUR 48,000-62,000 gross per year plus an annual performance bonus.
