Your working day starts with a brief handover with your team, during which you review the schedule, safety considerations and any specific issues for the day. You then inspect the installations and ensure that all processes are ready for use. You are responsible for the coating and heat treatment of products, working with chemical processes and various forms of metalworking. You strictly adhere to the applicable safety standards and procedures, ensuring that both you and your colleagues can work in a safe environment.
Throughout the day, you prepare products for treatment, precisely adjust machines and continuously monitor process parameters such as temperature, time and the composition of baths or ovens. You carry out quality checks to verify that the coatings and heat treatments meet the specified requirements. You immediately identify any deviations and, where necessary, make adjustments or consult with colleagues to find a suitable solution.
In addition to your technical duties, you play an active role in improving the workplace according to the 5S methodology. This means critically assessing what is actually needed on the shop floor, removing unnecessary materials and organising tools in a logical and orderly manner. You ensure that your workplace remains clean and tidy and that working methods are clearly documented and followed. In this way, you contribute to a culture of discipline, safety and continuous improvement.
Together with your team, you continuously work towards achieving the highest quality and safety objectives. At the end of the day, you ensure a thorough handover so that the next shift knows exactly the status of the ongoing processes and which points require attention. This allows you to end the day with the assurance that products have been treated in accordance with the correct standards and that the workplace is left safe and organised.

- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule
