As a warehouse team leader, you are responsible for ensuring that daily warehouse operations run smoothly. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You maintain an overview, assign tasks, and ensure that your team works safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
You are a confident leader who knows how to handle challenging situations. When problems arise, you remain calm, make clear decisions, and take responsibility. You motivate your team, address issues when necessary, and create a positive and productive working environment.
In addition, you focus on improving warehouse processes, monitoring quality and safety standards, and identifying potential problems before they escalate. You work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and take over their responsibilities when they are absent. When needed, you also support your team with daily warehouse activities.
You will work in a two-shift schedule, alternating weekly between the morning shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to midnight.

- Experience working in shifts and using WMS or ERP systems
- Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
