The role
Integrations are how Chainels plugs into the rest of the real estate stack: ERP and CRM systems, smart building tech like digital locks and energy meters, and AI agents. As Product Owner, Integrations Marketplace, you own that layer. You decide what we build, what we standardise and what we charge for, and you make sure a growing stream of requests turns into a Marketplace that scales. Two fellow Product Owners are your peers, and together you keep integrations aligned with the wider product roadmap. You'll be based at our Rotterdam HQ and report directly to our CEO.What You'll Do
- Own intake and prioritisation of integration requests, data imports and improvements on live integrations
- Scope integrations with clients, partners and vendors, and turn them into clear specs for the builders
- Turn one-off builds into standard Marketplace products, category by category
- Run the Marketplace offering: what we support, status, ETAs and pricing input
- Maintain the Integrations Playbook as the single source of truth for every integration
- Shape the 2027 integrations framework with engineering: new API endpoints, observability and service accounts
- Be part of an integrations team of 5, working daily with builders using n8n Enterprise and Claude Code
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or technical product manager, ideally on APIs, integrations or platform products
- Strong technical grip on APIs, webhooks, authentication and data mapping. You can read API docs and challenge a vendor's assumptions.
- Comfortable talking to clients, third parties and developers, often in the same week
- A sharp sense of prioritisation, and the backbone to say no
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent IT-related field
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows
- Bonus: a data or agency background, experience in PropTech or real estate, or hands-on with n8n or LLM-based tooling
