As a Production Worker Plus, you'll join a growing team of machine operators, print operators and technical staff. The print operators produce the base material, while you and your colleagues turn it into a strong, high-quality final product. Together, you keep the machines running smoothly and make sure production stays on schedule. No two days are the same. You work with modern machines, keep a close eye on quality and see the results of your work right away. You'll work in a relaxed environment where teamwork, trust and a good atmosphere are important.

Your responsibilities:

• Loading semi-finished materials into the machines
  
• Setting up and adjusting machines to shape the products
  
• Checking product quality and carrying out tests
  
• Packing finished products
  
• Working closely with colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly
  

You work 38 hours per week in a two-shift schedule:

• Morning shift
  
• Afternoon/evening shift
  

There are no night or weekend shifts, giving you a good work-life balance.
