As a production operator, you help keep the production process stable and make sure each step is completed safely and correctly. You work across different parts of the line, so the job stays varied and you gradually build a broader understanding of the process. In general, your tasks are:
- Operating production equipment and supporting machine start-ups.
- Assisting with product changes and line changeovers.
- Checking process conditions and product quality during production.
- Recording checks, results and production information correctly.
- Identifying small deviations and reporting or resolving them where possible.
- Cleaning machines, tools and work areas according to food safety procedures.
- Preparing materials and making sure the next production step can continue.
- Working according to fixed recipes, instructions and quality standards.
- Supporting colleagues at different workstations when needed.
- Keeping the work area safe, clean and organised.
Functievereisten:
You already have some experience in production and understand that consistency, safety and teamwork matter on the floor. You do not need to know every process yet, but you should be willing to learn and take responsibility for your work.
- Experience in production, food production or another practical manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
- Good command of English and/or Dutch.
- A car and driving licence, because the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
- Accurate working style and attention to quality and food safety.
- Comfortable working with machines and following fixed procedures.
- Reliable attitude and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
- Motivation to learn different workstations and become more versatile.
