Global Marketing and Communications Manager for BL Regional Markets__
Your role and responsibilities
As Regional Marketing & Communications Manager you hold a dual responsibility: (1) leading marketing and communications activities in the country where he/she is based (Germany preferred), and (2) managing and guiding a team of country marketing and communications managers covering a region or a cluster of countries. The role bridges local execution with regional coordination, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strengthening brand presence across markets.
In this role you will be responsible for defining and executing global marketing communication campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate business impact. You will manage and take ownership of marketing communications initiatives for Motion Drive Products portfolio to support the business growth. You will work closely with global and local teams, and external partners to ensure our messaging is aligned with business objectives and resonates with our target audience. This role is open in Europe, but location is set in division key locations such as Germany (Mannheim) or BeNeLux (Rotterdam).

You will be mainly responsible for:
- Lead and execute marketing and communications activities in the home country, including campaigns, events, media, and internal communications
- Manage and coach the team of country marketing and communications managers in a regional cluster, including the people leadership, target setting, people development and performance management
- Ensure regional alignment with global and business line strategies, adapting initiatives to local market needs
- Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and demand generation activities across the cluster, ensuring consistency and impact
- Develop regional communication platforms, share best practices, and foster collaboration between countries
- Support business growth by tailoring global content and messaging for regional customers and stakeholder audiences
- Provide guidance on brand management, digital presence, PR, and internal communications within the region
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, KPIs, and market insights at both country and cluster levels
- Act as a communications advisor to both local management and regional leadership teams

Qualifications for the role
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong people leadership skills with experience in managing multicultural, multi-country teams
- Hands-on execution ability combined with a strategic mindset
- Proven expertise in technical B2B/industrial marketing and communications
- Ability to balance operational country-level activities with regional coordination and team management
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both local and global leaders
- Experience in brand management, demand generation, digital channels, and media relations
- Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize activities
- Excellent communication, editing, and presentation skills in German and English
