Inbound Logistics Specialist

You start your workday at 08:00 in the Hoofddorp warehouse by logging into the management system and checking planned deliveries. Throughout the day, you process incoming shipments, enter product details into the computer, and verify freight documents. Most of your tasks involve administrative data entry, ensuring the physical inventory matches our digital system before your shift ends at 17:00. You will be working at our client through Staffice from Monday to Friday.

Tasks

• Enter incoming goods data into the logistics software
• Verify incoming transport documents and delivery notes
• Compare received physical items against purchase orders
• Manage stock status reports on the computer
• Flag and log inventory discrepancies in the system
• Maintain organized administration records for the department
• Coordinate daily processing priorities with team members

We are looking for

• Practical experience in a logistics environment
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong computer skills and comfort with software
• Ability to work accurately with operational details
