As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you are the face of our housekeeping department. You ensure that all housekeeping operations run smoothly – from room cleaning to supplier contacts – and support the team in creating an exceptional guest experience, even in the most dynamic circumstances that an airport location brings.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. This makes our hotel a vibrant and fast-paced environment where hospitality professionals can truly make an impact.

Qualifications
- Experience in a similar housekeeping, supervisory role within hospitality;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Skilled with Microsoft Office software;
- Ability to handle guest requests and operational issues effectively;
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations;
- Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments;
- Availability to work rotating morning, day and evening shifts;
- A hands-on and service-oriented approach and lead-by-example work style, with the ability to support the team in daily housekeeping operations;
- An open, positive and communicative personality;
- Strong communication and listening skills.
