You communicate with clarity, influence with confidence and can work independently on both strategic and hands-on topics.
You bring broad Total Rewards expertise, with strong reward judgement and demonstrated experience in M&A, due diligence, integration, and transformation environments.

Your responsibilities
Initiate and lead the continuous development of Ingka’s Total Rewards Framework in partnership with key stakeholders across Ingka. Focus on mergers, acquisitions, and transformation agendas connected to businesses acquired by Ingka Investments. Provide expert Total Rewards guidance to secure competitive, cost-efficient, compliant, and sustainable reward solutions that support the attraction and retention of key talent.Your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous development of Ingka's Total Reward strategy and framework content and approaches.
• Act as the key Total Rewards advisor to Ingka Investments, providing expert guidance, resolving complex matters, and building organisational capability.
• Partner with management teams and Boards of acquired companies throughout the M&A lifecycle - from due diligence and onboarding to integration and ongoing operations - ensuring competitive total rewards, aligned with Ingka’s remuneration philosophy and governance
• Translate reward insights, market practice and cost implications into clear recommendations for business and investment decisions.
• Lead and/or contribute to selected development topics to improve Total Rewards processes, digital tools, and ways of working.
