Functieomschrijving:
As an Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You will work with modern production lines, making sure the machines run optimally and quality standards are maintained.Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating and changing over production lines;
• Monitoring the production process and progress;
• Performing quality checks and inspecting products;
• Resolving minor malfunctions and carrying out first-line maintenance;
• Identifying deviations and opportunities for process improvements;
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized working environment;
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.

You have a technical mindset, work accurately and enjoy working in a production environment. You are also flexible and motivated to learn and develop yourself further.What we are looking for:

• MBO-level education and thinking, preferably level 2 or 3;
• An affinity with technology and production processes;
• Experience as an Operator in a production environment is a plus;
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality;
• You are a team player with a proactive attitude.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• A salary of up to €3,360 gross per month, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• A contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
