We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our 5-star Rijnhaven Hotel located in Rotterdam.
What will you be responsible for?
Preventing, identifying, and repairing faults, defects, and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.
Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, contributing to the property's operational efficiency and sustainability.
Understanding and applying current Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as well as the building's self-protection and evacuation plans.
Maintaining smooth and coordinated relationships with external maintenance providers and technical service companies.
Identifying and keeping records of all equipment and facilities subject to maintenance.
Performing basic building and equipment maintenance repairs, coordinating with the needs communicated by other hotel departments and in accordance with established preventive maintenance plans.

What are we looking for?
Higher Vocational Training Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in Maintenance-related fields (Electrical Systems, HVAC, Facilities Management, Electromechanics, or similar).
Knowledge of current regulations and legislation applicable to public-use buildings.
Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar environments.
Knowledge of Legionella prevention and control procedures, particularly in spa facilities, swimming pools, and domestic water systems.
