F&B Manager

We are looking for an F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

· Leading the full opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department.

· Overseeing restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations.

· Developing and implementing the F&B strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

· Recruiting, training, and leading the F&B team.

· Managing budgets, cost control, purchasing, and supplier relations.

· Ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols.

· Coordinating with the kitchen, events, and hotel management teams.

· Driving innovation, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiency.

· Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5 hotels.

· Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.

· Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
