Senior Project Manager ERP & Manufacturing Systems (Freelance)
Assignment:
Royal Swinkels is on the eve of the final phase of the Holland Malt transformation. Within this rollout, ERP, production, laboratory, and logistics processes are being integrated within a single end-to-end landscape. To complete this implementation, we are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Project Manager to oversee the business-critical applications and the preparations for go-live, hypercare, and handover to the management organization.
The assignment focuses on the successful realization of the Holland Malt rollout, where SAP S/4HANA, MES, LIMS, and integration platforms are managed as a single cohesive chain. We are currently in the testing phase. The project is on track, and the go-live is scheduled for November 1st. This assignment will last until the end of the year.
Goal of the assignment:
Responsible for the overall management of the Holland Malt implementation, including:
SAP S/4HANA
OpCenter
Interfaces with TrakSYS (sperate project manager)
Mendix
Interfaces with Transporeon (sperate project manager)
LIMS
Master Data Management
Integrations between IT and OT systems
Test management (together with test manager)
Technical Cut-over (together with application managers)
Align business cutover (separate project manager)
Deploy & Go-Live
Hypercare and transfer to Operations
The project manager monitors planning, budget, quality, scope, resources, and decision-making, and acts as the central point of contact for business, IT, suppliers, and the steering committee.
Activities:
Project and program management:
Daily management of the Holland Malt rollout.
Monitoring planning, budget, quality, and scope.
Drafting and presenting management information to management and the steering committee.
Organizing project boards, risk meetings, and decision-making.
Monitoring dependencies between business, IT, and external suppliers.
