Head of Marketing

• Define and own the European marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth targets
• Build demand generation across digital, events, partnerships and outbound, tracking contribution to pipeline
• Develop a differentiated brand and value proposition across European markets and brands
• Work with the Product Manager on positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans for new and existing product ranges
• Equip the sales team with tools, content and insight to win business
• Gather market intelligence and customer insight to sharpen strategy and inform product direction
• Build and lead a marketing team
• Own the marketing budget and maintain accountability for ROI and pipeline KPIs
• Report to the Commercial Director and participate in the European commercial leadership team
• Collaborate with product, sales, operations and group leadership across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands

Requirements

• Senior B2B marketing leadership experience with a track record of connecting marketing activity to revenue
• Proven demand generation experience with direct pipeline and revenue accountability
• Experience in B2B product marketing and go-to-market strategy
• CRM and marketing automation platform expertise
• Track record in multi-market or multi-brand environments
• Ability to operate across geographies and work with commercial teams in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands
• Industrial, manufacturing, workwear or logistics sector experience is desirable, not essential
• Comfortable building a marketing function from scratch in growth-focused businesses with finite resources
• Commercial accountability and ability to track ROI and pipeline KPIs
