At WPP Media in Amsterdam, we are growing rapidly and looking for an International Supply Pioneer / Negotiation Manager to take our programmatic supply strategy to the stratosphere. You'll drive international growth by securing commercial agreements with publishers in non-Dutch markets, balancing rock-solid relationships with razor-sharp commercial deals.
What you will do:- Commercial Settings: Secure agreements with international publishers, analyze inventory value, create rate cards, and spot new market opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and elevate publisher connections while managing expectations around volumes, quality, and demand.
- Operational Control: Monitor total spend across active markets, lead troubleshooting for technical supply snags, and ensure all deals are fully approved before going live.
- Curation & SPO: Curate supply and optimize the Supply Path (SPO) for key strategic international clients while maintaining strict quality inclusion lists.
- Margin & Innovation: Monitor margins across programmatic channels and identify areas for continuous supply innovation following WPP Media best practices.

- At least 3+ years of experience in (programmatic) supply or campaign management (e.g., as a programmatic trader working with DV360 or The Trade Desk).
- Solid understanding of the digital media landscape in the local and EMEA region, with fluency in DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and ad servers.
- Strong analytical and math skills, paired with excellent communication, writing, and time-management abilities.
- Experience in deal negotiation is a major plus.
