Your Role Will Involve:- Leading the engineering teams across multiple locations;
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Tackling complex technical challenges and providing guidance;
- Coordinating with Supply Chain Management to align on progress and material selections;
- Implementing and monitoring efficient work processes;
- Keeping abreast of market innovations and steering R&D, standardization, and enhancement initiatives.
- A track record of leadership in an Engineering department;
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and dedicated mindset;
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English communication;
- Familiarity with E-plan is beneficial.
