Dit ga jij doen 🛠️ As a High-Tech Production Operator, you are responsible for carrying out, monitoring and optimising various production processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform wafer processing activities such as coating, developing, etching and measuring wafers;
• Clean and recycle wafers and determine quality levels;
• Operate advanced high-tech equipment, such as tracks, sorters and measurement machines;
• Register process data and maintain the ‘life of a wafer’;
• Monitor processes and make adjustments when necessary;
• Check quality and identify deviations;
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and equipment performance optimisation.

Dit ben jij 👨‍🔬 You are an accurate and eager-to-learn production operator with a technical mindset. You enjoy working in a process-driven environment where quality and precision are essential.

What you bring:

• MBO-level education, preferably in a technical field;
• Experience in a production or cleanroom environment is an advantage;
• Affinity with technology and process-oriented work;
• Experience with data registration and analysis systems;
• A precise working style and a strong eye for quality;
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
