IKEA Food plays an important role in the overall IKEA brand experience, helping create a more enjoyable and satisfying visit for customers. As an IKEA Food Team Leader, you will contribute to both the operational and commercial success of the food business in the store. You will play an important role in strengthening the customer experience, ensuring food safety and operational efficiency, and developing the competence of your team while working closely with colleagues across the business.
