Logistics Production & Box Stacker - Hoofddorp

At our client's logistics center in Hoofddorp, goods travel down the conveyor belt in boxes ready to be sorted and stacked. As a Box Stacker, you ensure these items are transferred onto pallets neatly and securely. Working fixed hours from Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00), you play an active role in daily operational throughput. Together with your team, you take pride in maintaining order, quality, and momentum in the warehouse environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Stack incoming boxes systematically from the conveyor belt onto pallets
• Ensure pallet stability and correct stacking patterns for safe transport
• Identify and report damaged boxes or defective packaging
• Coordinate with line operators to handle volume spikes smoothly
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards in the work area
• Prepare completed pallets for staging and wrapping
• Assist colleagues with general logistics tasks when necessary

Requirements

• English speaking skills
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
• Available full-time, Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
• Motivated, proactive, and quality-conscious mindset
• Resident of Hoofddorp or neighboring areas
