Strategy internship: EUV Factory Finance

Introduction

We support the leadership with high-impact, cross-company decisions using advanced decision science and structured dialogue. As an intern, you will contribute to projects that influence ASML's global strategy in a dynamic, innovative environment. This internship offers exposure to decision-making and the chance to learn from experienced professionals.

Your assignment

You will work on strategic projects that address ASML's most complex challenges. Expect to combine analytical thinking with creativity to deliver insights that matter. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the structuring and execution of strategic decision projects
• Conduct research and gather data from multiple sources
• Build and analyze quantitative models for scenario planning and risk assessment
• Prepare presentations for senior management decisions
• Contribute to workshops and meetings with stakeholders
• Help develop best practices in decision science within ASML

This is a master's apprentice internship for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (minimum 3 days on-site). The start date is September.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

• Are enrolled in a master's degree in business administration, STEM programs, economics, or a related field
• Have strong analytical and problem-structuring skills
• Can work with (financial) data modeling and analysis tools (Python and Excel experience is a plus)
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn about strategy and technology

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
