As a customer service employee, you will contribute to ensuring a seamless experience for clients in the agricultural technology sector. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries about products, services, and technical support. This role allows you to combine your language skills in Ukrainian, Russian, and English with your interest in technology, while helping to create a more sustainable future in agriculture. You’ll face challenges like resolving technical issues, managing customer feedback, and maintaining accurate data, all while delivering excellent service.
What You Will Do:
- Engage: with customers to answer questions about products, services, and technical support in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist: customers with subscription renewals, promote additional services, and gather valuable feedback to improve our offerings.
- Process: sales orders accurately, handle payments, and support service activations to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain: the accuracy and integrity of customer data in our database systems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide: basic technical support for service activation and usage, offering reliable solutions for customer issues.

- A monthly salary between €2500 and €2540 gross.
- A temporary contract starting immediately until the end of May.
- A full-time role of 36 to 40 hours per week, including weekends.

- MBO 4 diploma in administrative or commercial studies
- Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English (professional level)
- Experience with database management and precise data entry

- Flexibility to work during peak periods, including weekends
