YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT
As a Project Coordination Intern, you will support various logistics implementation projects and contribute to the successful onboarding of new customers and optimization of warehouse operations. You will work closely with experienced project professionals and gain valuable insight into project management within an international logistics environment.
During this internship, you will support ongoing logistics implementation projects and gain hands-on experience in project coordination within a dynamic supply chain environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with implementation projects such as customer onboarding and warehouse process improvements
- Supporting multidisciplinary project teams by helping organize meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking action items
- Helping monitor project planning, scope and progress by updating reports and maintaining project dashboards
- Identifying potential issues and supporting the team in managing operational, technical and commercial challenges. This internship is also possible in combination with writing your (master) thesis;
- You will work closely with colleagues from Account Management, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external suppliers. In this role, you will help facilitate communication between teams and gain hands-on experience in customer implementations.
Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing an Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- Interested in project management, logistics implementations, and supply chain operations;
- Familiar with Excel and eager to work with SAP and Power BI;
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented;
- Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively with different departments;
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written);
- Able to work independently while taking ownership of your projects.
- An internship allowance of €700 based on a 40-hour workweek;
