Senior Solution Designer (ID: 3923)

As a Senior Solution Designer, you will:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives, and technology roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution and integration designs.
• Create solution architectures spanning multiple applications, platforms, and enterprise systems while ensuring consistency with architectural principles.
• Define application interactions, interface specifications, data models, sequence flows, and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality solution designs.
• Evaluate business requirements and influence solution approaches to maximize the effectiveness of the enterprise application landscape.
• Identify dependencies, integration points, and impacts across multiple systems within the end‑to‑end value chain.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design standards.
• Recommend appropriate technologies, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices to support scalable and future‑ready solutions.
• Identify technical debt, refactoring opportunities, and design improvements, working with Product Owners to prioritize implementation.
• Ensure solution designs meet performance, security, scalability, availability, and maintainability requirements.
• Support development teams throughout implementation by providing technical guidance, design reviews, and architecture governance.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8–10 years of experience in Solution Design, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration architecture, and distributed system design.
• Proven experience designing solutions across multiple enterprise applications and complex technology landscapes.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into detailed technical and integration designs.
• Strong knowledge of application integration patterns, APIs, messaging systems, and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience designing data models, interface specifications, workflow orchestration, and sequence diagrams.
• Understanding of non‑functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, resilience, and availability.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation abilities.
