As a Pedagogical Coach / Field Coach, you play a key role within the B4Kids programme on Sint Eustatius, aimed at ensuring high-quality childcare for children aged 0-12 years. You support the Project Leader and the local support structure in strengthening childcare quality across the island. You monitor and assess childcare organisations in line with applicable laws, island ordinances and inspection frameworks. Through regular site visits, you provide coaching and practical guidance to help organisations meet required quality standards. You report findings to the Project Leader and the Director of the Social Domain. In addition, you will: - Advise on training needs and capacity-building activities - Participate in meetings with local and national stakeholders, including the B4Kids platform - Follow up on subsidy-related requests in coordination with the support structure - Hold bi-weekly coordination meetings with the Project Leader - Prepare monthly progress reports - Develop information materials and organise information sessions for stakeholders, parents and media
