A day in your life with us
The Self-Serve Warehouse is located on the lower level of the store, where customers collect their new furniture directly from the shelves. We ensure that the warehouse is tidy, well-presented, and easy to navigate, while working closely with our Logistics team to make sure our products are always available and in good condition. We are also always available to assist customers with any questions and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience in the warehouse.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and organizing the warehouse to ensure it is presentable and easy for customers to navigate.
- Returning returned items to their correct locations.
- Preparing sales locations so that the Logistics team can restock products overnight.
- Contributing to our shared goals and taking ownership of your areas of responsibility within the department.
- Collaborating with other functions and departments throughout the store.
- Being part of an amazing team that works hard while having fun at the same time.
