- Manage offer negotiations - structuring competitive packages, handling counteroffers, and closing candidates effectively
- Contribute to and execute on the talent strategy for tech hiring in collaboration with the TA team and key stakeholders; including sourcing channels and interview frameworks
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and share progress with the team
- Actively use AI tools throughout the recruitment workflow - from sourcing and outreach to candidate evaluation - to work efficiently and at scale
