  • Monitor consultant availability, capacity, utilization, and workload sustainability.
  • Maintain oversight of staffing data, reporting, and workforce planning insights.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across offices and regions to support global staffing requirements.

Talent Management & Career Development

  • Serve as the primary talent advisor for an assigned consultant population.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships through regular coaching and career conversations.
  • Support consultants in defining development objectives and long-term career goals.
  • Provide guidance on career progression, readiness for promotion, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Identify development needs and ensure appropriate support and opportunities are in place.
  • Partner with leaders to support high‑potential talent and individuals requiring additional development.

Performance & Promotion Management

  • Facilitate performance management processes and talent review discussions.
  • Review feedback to ensure it is clear, constructive, and actionable.
  • Support promotion processes, including preparation, calibration, and decision‑making discussions.
  • Help leaders address performance concerns and establish effective development plans.
  • Monitor talent risks and retention concerns within your consulting cohorts.

Employee Support & Career Flexibility

  • Act as a key point of contact for employees navigating important career and life events.
  • Support transfers, leave requests, educational opportunities, and other flexibility programs.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure appropriate guidance, approvals, and policy compliance.
  • Help employees navigate transitions while balancing business requirements and employee needs.

Leadership Advisory

  • Advise consulting leaders on talent, performance, engagement, development, and retention matters.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
  • Partner on employee relations and sensitive people matters when required.
  • Help leaders identify and address talent gaps, succession risks, and development opportunities.
  • Influence decisions that contribute to both employee success and business performance.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or support talent‑related strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of talent programs, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce and talent data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across staffing, talent management, and professional development activities.
Candidate Profile

You are a relationship‑oriented and commercially minded talent professional who enjoys working with ambitious, high‑performing individuals and senior stakeholders.

You will likely bring:

  • Experience within Talent Management, HR, Professional Development, Staffing, Workforce Planning, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience in a consulting, professional services, financial services, legal, or similarly high‑performance environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • The ability to build credibility with employees and senior leaders alike.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to manage highly confidential matters with discretion.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Build trusted partnerships with consulting leaders and consultants.
  • Make thoughtful staffing decisions that support both business outcomes and individual development.
  • Deliver a high‑quality employee experience through meaningful coaching and career support.
  • Successfully manage performance and promotion processes.
