You ensure that machines continue to operate, solve minor issues and actively contribute ideas to improve the production process. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you help create high-quality products together with your team.
Your main tasks:
- Performing quality checks to maintain product standards
- Solving minor machine issues and ensuring production keeps running
- Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
- Carrying out physical tasks, including lifting products up to 20 kg
- Monitoring the production process and identifying opportunities for improvement
