Between Rotterdam and The Hague the internet runs on power that must never fail. And that power? Soon that's yours to take care of.
At First Case you don't work on just any installation. You work on the physical layer beneath the digital world: the power in the data centers of Rotterdam, The Hague and the surrounding region. Netflix, your banking app, ChatGPT, it all runs on power that must never go down, and we keep it running. As a Trainee Electrical Engineer you learn the trade from the ground up. No diploma needed. You work four days alongside experienced engineers at real sites in the southern Randstad and spend one day a week at school. Within three years you'll be working independently in data centers across the Netherlands.
The essentials: Salary: €3.300 after diploma · 40 hours per week · Fulltime · Based in Rotterdam.
You start with full training paid by First Case. During your training you earn the youth wage, and right after your diploma you are promoted to Data Center Engineer at €3.300, growing on to €4.100.
