Voor DHL Supply Chain in Beringe zoeken wij een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige Teamleider. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse processen soepel verlopen en creëert een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich gewaardeerd, veilig en gemotiveerd voelen. Als Teamleider ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen operatie en medewerkers. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen worden behaald. Op dit moment zoeken we zowel een teamleider in dagdienst als in 3-ploegendienst.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het monitoren en optimaliseren van operationele processen;
• Afstemmen met collega-Teamleiders om een efficiënte workflow te waarborgen;
• Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers op het gebied van prestaties en persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
• Voeren van functionerings-, verzuim- en ontwikkelgesprekken;
• Zorgdragen voor een veilige, prettige en inclusieve werkomgeving;
• Opstellen en beheren van personeelsplanningen;
• Controleren en verwerken van urenregistraties;
• Signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties.

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and operational systems;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop and motivate employees.

You can expect:

• A full-time position (40 hours per week), with a choice between day shifts or a 3-shift rotation;
• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838, based on a 40-hour work week;
