Teamleader fulltime dayshift or 3 shifts

For DHL Supply Chain in Beringe, we are looking for a proactive Team Leader who enjoys leading, coaching, and developing people. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation while motivating your team to achieve the best possible results. You create a safe, positive working environment where employees feel valued and have the opportunity to grow and develop.

As a Team Leader, you are the link between the shop floor and the operation. You monitor progress, make adjustments where needed, and ensure operational targets are achieved. You will work closely with fellow Team Leaders to continuously improve processes. Opportunities are available in both the day shift and a three-shift operation.

What will you do?

• Lead and support your team on a daily basis, ensuring the efficient execution of logistics operations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coach and develop employees in both their performance and personal growth.
• Conduct performance, absence, and development meetings.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment where employees can perform at their best.
• Prepare workforce schedules and ensure efficient staffing levels.
• Review and process employee time registrations.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Team Leaders to ensure smooth daily operations and drive continuous improvement.

In addition, you have:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and operational systems;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop and motivate employees.

You can expect:

• A full-time position (40 hours per week), with a choice between day shifts or a 3-shift rotation;
• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838, based on a 40-hour work week;
