As Risk Lead Intelligence, you are responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving TSN’s risk methodologies, data model, reporting and tooling. You ensure that risk management is applied consistently, is auditable and decision‑relevant across the organisation, and you manage the information architecture and configuration governance of the GRC landscape. You define and maintain the enterprise risk data model and the associated taxonomy, information standards and templates.
You manage configuration governance for GRC tooling, develop all enterprise‑risk reporting, and safeguard the quality of the RCSA methodology, scenario libraries and stress‑test outputs. You lead thematic deep dives, independent review cycles and root‑cause analyses, support committees and the Head of Risk with technical expertise, and contribute to external assurance. You are an analytical, data‑driven professional with a strong eye for methodology and data quality. You build bridges between Risk, IT and the business, take a pragmatic approach to automation, and deliver Executive Board‑level outputs under tight deadlines. Your coaching capability and change leadership help raise the risk maturity of TSN. In addition, you have:
- Approximately 8–12+ years of experience in risk intelligence, risk analytics, ERM/ORM data & reporting, or tooling‑focused roles; experience in heavy industry is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Risk Management, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a comparable field.
- Demonstrable experience with risk taxonomies, RCSA, KRI frameworks and enterprise risk reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL/data management and GRC platforms; experience with AI deployment and AI governance is desirable.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both Dutch and English.

You work within the Risk Intelligence, Methods & Enablement team in the Risk department and report to the Head of Risk. On a day‑to‑day basis, you collaborate closely with IT, Data Engineering, ERM/ORM colleagues and business stakeholders to streamline standards, dashboards and tooling.
