We are seeking a Construction Engineer (Takt Onsite Coordinator) responsible for on-site execution during the Construction Management (CM) phase of a pharmaceutical or industrial project.
The role focuses on daily site coordination, contractor management, schedule adherence, and GMP-compliant installation oversight. The successful candidate will act as the key link between trade partners, subcontractors, planners, and the construction management team, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
This is a hands-on site-based role with a strong emphasis on coordination and execution rather than traditional planning. The individual will play a critical role in driving daily progress, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and monitoring project performance through structured reporting and visual progress tracking.
