In this function you will be part of the sales and organizing team. You will be responsible for both organizing and sales tasks, which will give you an all-round view of the sales department in the hotel. You will be responsible for checking the pending rooms, making the updates about the events during the morning meetings. Furthermore, processing handovers and keeping track of money related issues will be part of your responsibility as well. You will be assisting the organizers and sales managers in all their daily tasks, examples of this are; handling emails and phone calls from external parties, processing sheets and send them and checking commissions. Making invoices and the preparation of site inspections and possibly conducting the site inspections will be one of your jobs as well. The aim is to ultimately organize your own small events and conferences.
What Makes You a Great Fit
For this function we are looking for a productive, motivated, enthusiastic and proactive person. You are a team player but you are a strong independent worker as well. You are fluent in Dutch and English language, both in written and verbally. Knowledge of a second language is a plus. You are strong in communication and you have a positive mindset.
