As P&C Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees and play an important role in supporting and further professionalizing our local organization. You will also act as the designated back-up for our P&C Administrative Coordinator, helping to ensure continuity within our day-to-day P&C processes. This is a broad role in which operational activities, advisory responsibilities and improvement initiatives come together.
What will you do?
· Advising and supporting managers and employees on a wide range of P&C topics
· Supporting and coordinating employee in-, through- and outflow processes
· Managing recruitment and selection activities
· Supporting absenteeism management and follow-up processes in line with Dutch legislation and the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
· Identifying training and development needs and coordinating training activities
· Supporting the creation and further development of job descriptions, processes and P&C policies
· Actively contributing to P&C projects and organizational development initiatives
· Reporting and monitoring HR KPIs and personnel-related data
· Supporting workforce planning and organizational topics
· Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees
· Participating in relevant teams and contributing to topics related to safety, quality and organizational development
· Acting as the fixed back-up for our P&C Administrative Coordinator, ensuring continuity of administrative processes and operational P&C support
What do you bring?
· A bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field
· Several years of relevant experience in a broad HR/P&C role
· Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a strong plus
· Knowledge of Dutch labor legislation and absenteeism management is a must
· Experience with HR systems and administrative processes
· Strong communication skills in English (working language at Horst) and Dutch
· Hands-on mentality and strong collaboration skills
