Are you a senior specialist in internal communications and change management? Do you know how to bring employees worldwide along during a major corporate transition and a new culture? Are you available immediately until April? Apply directly for this challenging interim assignment!
Our coffee business is preparing for a significant corporate transition and strategic evolution. This is an exciting, fast-paced period that increases our communications workload across both internal and external channels.
To successfully deliver these major strategic milestones — while keeping business-as-usual running smoothly — we are looking for a Senior Interim Internal Communications Specialist to temporarily supplement our global team in Amsterdam.
Your priority is leading the end-to-end internal launch of our new corporate transition. You will build the foundation for our internal communications infrastructure, translate our new identity into an engaging narrative, and support our employees through this exciting phase of change.
Your key responsibilities:
Build the Infrastructure: Establish the internal communications framework (channels, tooling, and cadence) to bring all legacy businesses and entities together as one.
Employee Launch Programs: Develop and coordinate impact-driven internal programs, including leadership cascades, town halls, manager toolkits, intranet content, and FAQs.
Culture & Values Activation: Translate our new corporate identity, values, and purpose into inspiring internal narratives and engagement campaigns.
Change Management: Support the employee-facing change and engagement aspects of this corporate spin, ensuring all teams stay aligned and motivated.
Stakeholder & Timeline Management: Partner with the permanent Internal Communications Manager to sequence messaging, while managing key stakeholders across Leadership, HR, and the global regions.
Hands-on Support: Provide general internal comms support. You are fully open to executing operational tasks, but you also know how and when to delegate.
We are looking for a highly autonomous, senior operator who thrives in a fast-moving, confidential transaction environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Senior-level experience within a high-level, international corporate setting.
Expertise: A strong background in internal communications, employee engagement, and change communications. Proven experience activating brands, values, or corporate purpose internally is essential.
Skills: Exceptional project coordination and stakeholder management skills. You know how to connect leadership with the shop floor.

Mindset: Flexible, hands-on, highly organized, and completely comfortable with strict confidentiality.
