As an off?'cycle intern in the Amsterdam team, you will support our Coverage and Solutions team and experience first?'hand how we are helping our clients, and partners realise opportunity. Your responsibilities could include conducting research and analysing company and industry specific financial information, supporting in financial modelling for state?'of?'the?'art infrastructure financial models, and supporting with pitch presentations and other day?'to?'day deal activities to raise debt facilities for our clients. You will also be involved in preparing client presentations, providing market updates, assisting in due diligence processes, and coordinating the execution of advisory mandates and principal investments all whilst sitting side by side experienced colleagues who will support you as you learn and build new skills.

• You are a motivated student in the final year or a recent graduate of a top business or engineering school (or equivalent) and are looking to gain working experience quickly versus a structured program.
• Excellent language skills in both Dutch and English.
• Previous experience as an intern in corporate finance advisory, M&A, private equity, transaction services, leveraged finance or audit would be a plus.
