• Be responsible for the management and maintenance of large, often international client environments in the Information Management team. • Ensure the stability, security and continuous update of clients’ ECM and IM solutions. • Configure and maintain technical environments on Windows or Linux, including on‑premises and Azure‑hosted setups. • Provide client support by answering questions and handling incidents, troubleshooting problems and coordinating resolution. • Monitor environments proactively using tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana or equivalent. • Apply patch management, security hardening and backup/recovery procedures. • Continuously improve processes and automation to increase efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications- Experience or strong desire to manage systems in Azure, databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL, containerisation and Tomcat.
- Affinity for managing large enterprise platforms and a drive for rapid development in this area.
- Experience with ITIL service management (incident, problem and change) and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or TOPdesk.
- Proactive monitoring experience – e.g., Azure Monitor, Grafana or similar tooling.
- Server/OS administration on Linux and/or Windows, including patch management, security and backup/recovery.
- Strong analytical skills and a technical mindset – ability to investigate deep root causes, analyse logs, troubleshoot and optimise performance.
- Excellent customer‑facing skills and a desire to support clients.
- Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python) to streamline management tasks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform or Bicep.
- Interest in AI and willingness to adopt new AI opportunities into everyday work.
